Roles and Responsibiliites:

• Supervise day-to-day facade installation, manage material delivery, coordinate with other trades (MEP, Civil) for smooth integration.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade systems seamlessly.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure adherence to specifications (BOQ, drawings, safety), monitor material quality, and manage snagging lists.
• Act as a liaison between architects, consultants and site teams; clarify site instructions; prepare reports (daily, material).
• Compile data for RA bills (Material DC, MIR, MTC), check contractor bills, maintain records, and manage approvals.
• Address technical challenges, identify Non-BOQ items, and implement approved methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile.

• Candidates with relevant experience in facade installation and preparation of shop drawings, capable of ensuring quality, timelines, and proper installation of facade fit-outs, are preferred.
